We’re currently seeking a Series 7-licensed Client Services Specialist to support our advisors, deepen client relationships, and drive new business growth.
Position Overview:
The Client Services Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for supporting financial advisors and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients. You will play a key role in servicing accounts, facilitating transactions, and ensuring clients feel confident and cared for throughout their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and account servicing
- Assist financial advisor(s) in maintaining and cultivating client relationships
- Maintain and update client documentation and account profiles
- Provide clear, empathetic communication around account information and service updates
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Facilitate the execution of client orders at the direction of financial advisors.
Business Development & Advisory Support
- Meet with referred prospects in-branch, at home, or office settings as needed
- Collect and analyze customer data (income, assets, debts) to identify suitable financial solutions
- Provide product guidance, highlighting benefits and tradeoffs for client goals
- Promote and support marketing of firm products and services to generate new business
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Prepare reports, client reviews, and follow-up communications
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm policies
- Prepare and present reports, and assist with ongoing firm initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends, firm offerings, and licensing requirements through ongoing education
Qualifications:
- Active Series 7 license required
- Series 66 preferred (or ability to obtain shortly after)
- 2 years of financial services industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a client-first attitude and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
